Fanmade RetroFE Config GUI - Status, Download, and Help

Hello, dear RetroFErer (nice word  )

I made an unofficial RetroFE Setup Tool.
Version is Alpha 02 ( I will set a better versioning as the program gets bigger)

Prerequisities: Python 3 (When every function is implemented, I will Py2Exe it.)

Installation: Download RetroFE Setup Tool.py , put it in your RetroFE root folder, and execute it with your Python interpreter.

Working functions:
- Looking for the settings.conf
- Setting Fullscreen or Windowed
- Link to the RetroFE.nl Website
- more coming soon...

I will put here any updates that are worth mentioning.
I am new to Python, so sorry for any unpythonic writings....
Help is appreciated, you can fork it, the only thing I want is, that your program will be posted here in this forum...
( I added the retrofe.gif, put it also into the retrofe root folder)
