RetroFE Playlist Creator
« on: May 14, 2017, 07:45:41 AM »
I've seen a few people ask for this.

Super easy to use.
  • Extract to your Favorite location
  • Open the App
  • Enter your Credit Card Info (JK  ;D)
  • Select a hyperlist xml
  • Press the "Create Lists" button
  • Wait for the Message Box to say "Done!"

A folder, named after the hyperlist, will be created in the same directory as the application. Inside will be more folders named after the xml keys (genre, players, etc). Inside those folders will be text files named after the various category values (Sports.txt, Action.txt, etc). Any problems let me know and I'll try to fix it.

Great work. :) Could you add a screen shot of the application by chance?

Awesome, but how is this helping if you don't have a complete collection ?
Because RetroFE uses meta.db to display only the games you have.

No, RetroFE uses meta.db to pull the info on the games you do have. Playlists only show the games that are in the playlist AND the complete collection.

Yeah I'll throw a screenshot up in a bit. Not much to see though. I'm not a UI kind of guy... :o
