Dreamcast Collection and Best Emulator

Hi,

Do you know whether the Dreamcast Collection is in progress and which emulator would be the most adapted for a Windows 7 OS ?

Not sure on collection, I use nulldc mainly and then demul or reicast for some games.  Headhunter is an example where demul has the minimap in game where nulldc wouldn't show it.  I dont have a good list either and deal with issues as they come up.  Good luck.
