Are you sure your RetroArch executable is D:\Aura 4k\emulators\RetroArch\retroarch.exe ?

Its case sensitive

Your log says
" D:\Aura 4k\emulators\RetroArch\retroarch.exe"
but your screencap shows  retroarch\retroarch.exe
