Question about Retro FE intro video, layouts, themes

Is there a way (possibly a batch file) to setup retro fe to where it randomly "rotates" it's onscreen look? Perhaps the intro video, the layout, and the main menu listing? Let's say have 3 themes and do this?

You'd have to solve this outside of RetroFE I'm afraid. You could easily set up a batch script that would do such a thing.
