Documentation
« on: May 25, 2017, 08:18:59 AM »
Thanks to a lot of work by @bodbod , the wiki documentation has been made available via the website's menu. You can find the documentation here.

I still have to update the layout section with all the recent changes, but we'll get there soon enough. :)

You are more than welcome Pieter, it is a small contribution.

Thank you all for allowing us to relive these moments of joy between friends around these good old arcade machines !

I think I've added (most of the) new features to the documentation now. If there's something missing, please let me know.

We could probably use more examples for the layout section though; practical examples that show people how to create beautiful themes using the features we have. Anyone up for writing some? :)

Under "General Parameters", are there any that don't work with Video (I know angle and reflection work with video)?

Not that I'm aware of. The parameters are generally handled by the SDL display function, which is universal for all art.

Looking at it though, I wonder if that background color ever got implemented by Emb...
