I've taken the liberty of moving this discussion to a separate thread.
I had a look at your list, and notice at least two possible causes:
gstreamer1.0-alsa
gstreamer1.0-pulseaudio
are not installed; they manage the interface from gstreamer to your audio interface.
I would suggest installing the whole set of gstreamer, libav, and codec libraries though; that's probably the fastest way to resolve this.
