Well, 0.7.x were all compiled with static linking, so no additional libraries, other than those supplied by the core directory, were needed. For some odd reason the Anti-Virus tools have been going haywire over that lately, so I was forced to go back to dynamic linking (like Emb used to do). Unfortunately that also requires people to have the Visual Studio libraries installed on their system.
