It might be that the names are case sensitive, defaulting to linear.

It's indeed not that simple. I have to rewrite the entire string printing code for that, and I'm not 100% sure if I can continue to use std::string within the RetroFE code for all the stored information either. It's just not an area I'm very knowledgeable about to be honest. If any programmer wants to take on the task, please let him/her do so. I'll happily include it in an update of RetroFE.

Can you upload your log.txt file? RetroFE has settings to decide whether it re-initializes the graphical SDL environment after a game, and may be initializing with your new resolution.

This release adds support for mp3/wav files via the reloadableVideo and reloadableAudio tags (these two tags do exactly the same; reloadableAudio is just for aesthetics purposes). In addition, it adds the jukebox="yes" parameter for these tags. Using this parameter will disable the normal attract mode for this layout, and in stead enable a jukebox mode, where the attract mode is enabled after the audio/video file has completed playing. The jukeboxNumLoops parameter can be used to change the default number of plays from 1 to another value, e.g. jukeboxNumLoops="2".

People have asked me for a 64 bit executable for RetroFE in the past. In all honesty: my Windows compile environment knowledge leaves something to be desired here. Would anyone be willing and able to set up a 64 bit compile environment for Windows for me so I can add it to the repository? Note that this will most likely also involve adding 64 bit libraries (SDL, GStreamer, etc.).

In addition, I'd like to move to the latest SDL and GStreamer libraries. I've made some attempts to get it working, but I keep running into linking issues, and I'm afraid my knowledge of Windows compile environments is also failing me in this regard.

Btw, is anyone still using RetroFE on a 32 bit OS these days?

attractModeCollectionTime = 105
Set it to 0 to disable it.

This release fixes an issue with volume animation, where animating the volume to 1 would make the video disappear.
