aaaaaaaaahhhhhh bollocks...
hahahahah, i've just returned from Attract Mode to RetroFE and had to recreate my "dummy" cue files in the roots roms dir of PlayStation, 3DO etc, so i could get retrofe to see all the games that were in their own dirs... aaaahhhh 2 days of my life gone, haha the things we do for our hobby, that'll teach me for deleting them..
