Title: playlists & .subs to show games that are in the exclude.txt

I'd like to be able to exclude game using the exclude.txt, but still have them show in playlists & .subs they are added to.

example use:

Excluding all Japanese roms from a collection but being able to show them in a "Japan" playlist.

just curios what would be the need of the exclude.txt over exclude_all.txt?

I believe the idea was to allow those games in a subollection or playlist, but not have them in the main list. Subcollections usually pull in the all list unless games are specified.
