I went through all the threads from the old forum theming section and downloaded all themes. So now I'm testing them all, and almost all of them seem to be broken. I read somewhere that there was an update at some point that changed the ways themes were handled, so could someone tell me what version that is? And also, does upgrading/downgrading the program merely rely on changing the .exe file or does something else need to be deleted/added?

Old themes should still work with 0.6.xx (available at http://www.retrofe.com/download.php)
From 0.7+, there were loads of additions so the old themes need updating to take advantage.
-
Oh, so you mean they only need updating to take advantage of new features, not that they would break what they already have?
-
No, themes pre-0.7.2 are broken in 0.7.2+. Some were already updated, and can be found in the download section.

Oh, alright, thanks! It also happened that my previous build was corrupted so on top of the version break, my setup was also messing with it. I started from 0 and now most run okay-ish.

On the note of the changes to the layout implementation... is the documentation from the old site still being update for the new builds?
-
It's mostly up to date up to 0.7.19.
