Title: Different codepage(?) support

Hi, guys!

I have a problem with display cyrillic text, which I put to story.txt or xml files. I get nothing instead cyrillic symbols.
I will be glad, if anyone tell me how I can use cyrillic and english characters together in Retro FE.
Any idea?

I'm afraid UTF-8 support is still on the to-do list; I haven't quite figured out how to do that using SDL while maintaining the current code structure. I may need to rewrite the text printing code for that.
